Northeast Oregon Housing Summit

Join colleagues committed to developing and preserving affordable housing in Northeastern Oregon for a day-long gathering to connect, learn, and explore issues pertinent to the sector.

Through facilitated and interactive sessions, you will have the chance to connect with housing development and service providers, local elected officials, city and county staff, planners, architects, contractors and investors. All who want to help create housing solutions in Northeast Oregon are welcome.

• Creating a vision - Develop a regionally workable housing continuum of shelter, supportive housing, and workforce housing solutions.
• Meeting the needs of Northeast Oregon communities - Understanding the needs of local jurisdictions, developers, and service providers to turn barriers into opportunities to collaborate.

• Getting housing built - Demystifying the steps in affordable housing production—from concept, funding, design, construction, and lease-up for smaller projects.

Location

To accommodate more participation, the event will now be held at the Blue Mountain Conference Center at the La Grande Armory, 404 12th Street, La Grande, OR 97850, rather than the prior locations, Timber Ridge Apartments and Presbyterian Friendship Center.
