How can my organization sponsor?

Sponsorship information is available here.

Is there a virtual/Zoom ticket option?

This year only in-person attendance options are available. The conference and gala will not be livestreamed.


Are there hotel group rate discounts for accommodations?

There is a guest room block available at the Hyatt Regency Portland at the Convention Center, through August 24, 2025 or until sold out, for standard king rooms at the rate of $214 avg/night.

What payment options are there?

You may pay by:

  • Credit Card: Visa or Mastercard
  • Check: Register online, select "Invoice Me," and an invoice will be emailed to you. Send checks to: Housing Oregon, PO Box 8427, Portland, OR 97207. For individual registrations, please include participant's name. For a gala table registrations note it's for a table.

Do I have to bring a ticket to the event?

No printed ticket is required. Your registration will be confirmed at check-in.

Does my registration include a ticket to the Annual Awards Gala?

Ticket inclusion depends on the type of registration. Please review the ticket description details when registering.

Are meals included with my registration?

Meal inclusion depends on your registration type:

  • Conference tickets include coffee, tea, lunch, and an afternoon snack. Monday’s lunch will feature a soup and salad buffet, while Tuesday’s lunch will offer a sandwich buffet. Conference ticket holders are invited to join the no-host happy hour on Monday, September 15.
  • Gala tickets include a dinner featuring salad, seared Draper Valley chicken breast with sides, and dessert. Gala ticket holders are invited to join the no-host happy hour on Monday, September 15.

If you have dietary restrictions, please indicate them on your registration form so we can accommodate your needs.

To support our environmental efforts, we encourage everyone to bring and use reusable water tumblers. Water stations will be available throughout the venue.

Is language interpretation offered?

We aim to provide interpretation for select workshops. Details will be announced soon.

What is the dress code?

The dress code for the conference and gala is Portland gala formal. We encourage attendees to dress in a way that is professional, stylish, and comfortable for them:

  • Examples include dress pants, skirts, dresses, suits, blazers, and dress shoes.
  • Please avoid overly casual attire such as t-shirts, shorts, or flip-flops.
  • The venue may be air-conditioned; consider bringing a jacket or sweater.

What are my transportation and parking options getting to the event?

Oregon Convention Center is located at 777 NE Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd, Portland, OR 97232.

Transportation Options:

Easily accessible by car, bike, and public transportation (Max red, green, and blue lines)

Parking:

  • Onsite parking in the underground garage: $15-$25. Enter the garage through either the NE Lloyd Blvd (P1) or NE First Avenue (P2) entrances.
    • P1 Level Clearance: 7 feet
    • P2 Level Clearance: 9 feet
  • Metered street parking is also available.

Event Health Guidelines

We are committed to ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all attendees. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • If you recently experienced a respiratory illness, please wait until you have been fever-free and your symptoms have been improving for at least 24 hours.
  • Please do not attend in person if you feel unwell or have new respiratory symptoms.
  • Follow basic hygiene practices, such as frequent handwashing and covering your cough or sneeze
  • Stay up to date with vaccinations (e.g., COVID-19, flu).

We will follow local and state health regulations and adjust protocols as needed. Your cooperation in helping to ensure a safe and successful conference is appreciated.
